We are a medical instrumentation and fabrications company in Irvine Ca. Our business requires us to transfer large files containing critical data with speed and accuracy. We just signed up with Riptide Wireless and have been very happy with the service. Before Riptide, we had DSL and were not at all satisfied with the service. The speed was very slow and the upstream was even slower. The latency was high and it was very difficult to transfer information. With the great price of $99.95 per meg that Riptide offers, we now have a internet service that is not only affordable, but as fast as lightning.

After signing up with Riptide we were able to transfer 20 meg files in record time. We did not experience any latency and the service was faster than we had hoped for. We were also very surprised when the installation took less than 2 hours. Now when we have technical issues, we don't have to deal with the baby bells and get passed around the customer service nightmare, we just call Riptide.

I have been extremely happy with Riptide, and would recommend the service to all my business acquaintances and friends.

"SUPER FAST , we host a website and use it for browsing. Get RIPTIDE, Dont get DSL!"

We had DSL and it was too slow, riptide came out here, and installed that bad boy wireless broad band on our roof. Now we download way faster and upload faster than T1 speeds at half the cost.

Riptide is a smaller company so there is no spider web of corporate departments to sort though to get something done, you just call them and talk to usually the same person every time, 1000x better than cable / dsl corp. giants get this.

We also got a static IP too!

Before Riptide we had At&T DSL service. I had many problems with the service. A few weeks ago our line went down and I called AT&T customer service many times and they told me that it would be over 2 weeks before they would send out a technician. It was close to the end of the month and I needed service desperately for month end accounting. I was desperate for fast service.

After receiving a Riptide card I called in hopes that they would help me. A technician was out the same day and had me installed. The speed is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone.
